Advanced Search

PapersHive's advanced search follows the same syntax of PubMed's advanced search.

This is done to allow you to copy-paste searches interchangeably from PubMed and viceversa.

Advanced Query Builder

You can get help building your queries using the Advanced Query Builder. Click on Advanced Search below the search bar and the Advanced Query Builder will appear.

In the query builder you can select the type of field.

Type the value, and add it to the query by pressing the plus icon. In this example we are looking for all the publications by the author Anna Nilsson.

After adding the first field you can build on your query with AND, OR or NOT statements.
